結構特點：
1、新型水泥漿稠度測量裝置、新型電機，該稠度測量方式方便、簡潔、易操作，免去調節(jié)電位計，清理電位計，校正電位計的過多繁瑣步驟。
2、儀器整體結構新穎，節(jié)約空間。整機只用一只機械閥門，操作簡單，外觀整潔。
3、采用英國進口溫度控制器實現(xiàn)溫度、壓力自動控制及稠度測量，控溫精準。報警系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)稠度上限、壓力上限、溫度超限自動報警，自動停機。
4、多種記錄方式：電腦采集數(shù)據，通過軟件記錄溫度、壓力、稠度，實現(xiàn)曲線、數(shù)據處理功能。
5、采用高壓釋放閥、高壓管線、氣液泵、高壓表、三通、四通、爆破片，意大利壓力傳感器、中國臺灣產減速電機。
6、采用新型國家（ZL.X）高壓油濾器，便于拆卸，清洗簡單。
