The small, compact List-Magnetik MP-800 works just as precisely as the bigger magnetic field meters. It is easy to operate and measures exact DC and AC fields as well as maximum values for pulse fields. In order to be able to perform any measurement task, the device has different measuring ranges and measurement units such as A/cm, Gauss/Oersted and (Milli-)Tesla.
We offer you the practical magnetic field tester as hand-held device with either axial (MP-800A / MP-800AL) or tangential probe (MP-800T / MP-800TL).
The axial field probe measures the field in the direction of the probe axis at an exact distance of 2.0 mm. It is suitable for measurement on surfaces or in bores.
The tangential field probe measures transversely to the probe axis. Optimal fields of application are air gaps, cavities and the surface of workpieces for crack detection.
With a magnetic field meter / magnetometer / Gaussmeter / Teslameter (all names describe the same) you can see small differences in the strength of the magnetic field during the magnetic field measuring. From low field values just above the Earth's magnetic field, via residual magnetism / remanence with low A / cm or Gauss / Oersted residual magnetic field values up to peak fields, the magnetic field meters from List-Magnetik are durable and you get reproducible field strength values during the magnetic field test. In addition, we offer a calibration standard (reference magnet), with which you can always check your magnetic field tester for accuracy.
